My first experience in vitumob immediately led me to the Nexus smartphones that are made for google which are so rare you couldn’t find them in the Kenyan market and the idea of buying things from amazon seemed delighting.

In the homepage of vitumob.com you will be required to install a chrome application that will help you in checkout, and it only works with google chrome browsers. Then you will find a list of stores to choose from; Amazon, Target, Apple store, Best Buy and the list is endless. So you click on the store you choose, in this case Amazon, and you will immediately be redirected to the amazon store website and in this case i was looking for a laptop.

Next step choose the actual product you want and click on checkout. At this point you will notice an option of checking out with vitumob which is actually available if you’re using chrome browser. What this does is it calculates for you the total cost of the item in Kenya shillings including tax and shipping.
